About Corporate

Practitioners who have run what we now advise on.

For nearly three decades we have worked only for the owners and operators of critical infrastructure — independent of contractors, suppliers and lenders.

Our story

Built by engineers who changed sides.

Corporate was founded in London in 1998 by five engineers who had spent their careers on the contractor side of major projects. They saw owners making thirty-year decisions with too little independent engineering advice.

Nearly three decades later the principle is unchanged. We work only for owners and operators, we put experienced people on site, and we stay until the improvement is running without us.

Mission & values

Our mission is to help the infrastructure society depends on work better, for longer, at a cost people can afford.

  • 01

    Engineering first

Recommendations start from how assets actually behave, not from a slide template.

  • 02

    Independent by design

We do not sell equipment or construction. Our only interest is the owner's outcome.

  • 03

    Built to last

We measure success by what keeps working after our team has left site.

  • 04

    Safety without exception

No schedule, budget or deadline justifies putting people at risk.

Our approach

Four commitments we make to every client.

They shape how we staff, price and run every engagement — from a six-week diagnostic to a multi-year programme.

  1. 1

    We put people on site

Recommendations are built from time in plants, depots, control rooms and site offices — not from desk research alone.

  2. 2

    We share the model

Clients keep every model, dataset and tool we build, documented so their own teams can run it.

  3. 3

    We transfer capability

Each engagement includes structured coaching so your people own the new ways of working.

  4. 4

    We measure what changed

We agree the measures up front and report against them, including when results fall short.

Leadership

The people accountable for our work.

Every partner still leads client engagements. You will meet them in the first conversation, not the last.
